There is no cancellation/refund policy. Once you have made payment, there will be no refund.
You have to be available on the scheduled time for the meeting(chat). If you are not able to join chat session you wont be able to get any refund or extend time slot.
If you have missed your meeting(chat) session on scheduled time, you have to book new session and pay the charges again.
